Creagh Boone, LMHC, M.Ed

Creagh Boone, LMHC has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana for over thirteen years, supporting adult individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. While Creagh works with a wide range of concerns, she specializes in working with anxiety, depression, and chronic health conditions, and has a particular passion for supporting women through life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm.

Creagh’s therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered care, emphasizing collaboration, compassion, and safety. She believes that meaningful change happens within a nonjudgmental, attuned relationship where clients feel supported in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and patterns at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.

Creagh is currently in her second year of Somatic Experiencing® training, a multi-year, trauma-informed professional program focused on nervous system regulation and resilience. She anticipates completing this training in 2027. As a Somatic Experiencing–informed therapist, Creagh integrates body awareness, pacing, and nervous system support into her work, while practicing within the scope of her licensure.

Outside of her clinical work, Creagh lives in Jeffersonville with her husband, three children, their Basset Hound, and a small flock of chickens. She enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and baking, reading, traveling, and being with her family.
